Are the SWMS actually WHS compliant?+
The SWMS we generate are built around Australian WHS legislation, verified AS/NZS standards, and Safe Work Australia Codes of Practice. Each one cites the correct Act and Regulation for your state, includes site-specific hazards and controls, and supports QR-code crew sign-off. They are a working document and the PCBU (you) remains responsible for site-specific risk assessment, worker consultation, and ensuring the controls match the actual job.
